Strategic Session - 2019

The fifth strategic session of ADCONSULT according to our own methodology.
In December 2019, we held the fifth strategic session, this time inviting seven clients who are owners of member agencies of the ADCONSULT Network.
Each participant conducted their own strategic session - but according to the algorithm and plan developed by us.
It took place in the same location as two years ago - we really liked the atmosphere of the winter (deserted, but still warm) Cyprus, as it stimulates working on oneself.
The result of this session for us was a restructuring and change in the format of our main educational project - the ADCONSULT School online school.
After this, we decided to make such strategic sessions a part of our annual cycle of ADCONSULT events.
