The award organizers invite all interested parties to send in their nominations by email. The nomination kit will be sent in response to the email. A brief summary of up to ten (10) chief achievements since 1 January 2021 is also required in bullet-list form, and a collection of supporting files and web addresses can be uploaded to the award's server to provide more background information to the judges. The judging period will be from February 25 to March 20, where each entry will be reviewed and rated by no fewer than five (5) judges who have been approved as qualified.
Winners will have the opportunity to redact any confidential or non-public information from their entries before publication. The award organizers are also seeking seasoned professionals to join the judging committee, and other judges can apply on the award's website. The importance of the role of judges in the award cannot be overstated as they will assess each entry using the scoring criteria and carefully scrutinize each submission. The scores from each judge are added together to determine the winners in each category. The deadline for nominations is February 25th, and the winners will be notified on March 25th.
