Strategic Session - 2015

The second strategic session of ADCONSULT was held in the winter of 2015 using our proprietary methodology. We realized that we were becoming outdated and falling behind in modern educational practices and advertising approaches. We saw that we were working more and more, but the effectiveness of this work was declining.
So, we went to Argentina to seek ways and means to systematize our growth and transformation - how to keep up with the changes in our business.
The outcome of the second session was the implementation of the practice of annual sabbaticals - large winter working vacations in which we test tools, update practices, improve infrastructure, and look at our own work-life balance in a new way.
